At Skull Shaver, we want you to be completely satisfied with your grooming experience. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to start the process and select the items you wish to return.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your return package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the shaver and all original accessories in their original packaging to ensure the item is not damaged during transit.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
